Terms and Conditions

So we both know exactly what we are talking about:

Risheh / we: Thirdline Innovation Studio, registered in the Republic of Mauritius under company number C26232034, owner and operator of the Risheh application and website. User / you: the person who creates an account on Risheh, places orders, and pays for them. Recipient: the person the service is performed for. In many orders, the Recipient is you; in others, it is a third party such as a member of your family. Provider: the independent person or business that delivers the service — a physician, lawyer, consultant, florist, or retailer. Platform: the Risheh mobile application, the website risheh.net, and any related service. Order: a request you place on the Platform, the fulfilment of which Risheh coordinates.

This is the most important clause you need to know.

Risheh is an intermediary platform. We identify, vet, and select providers, pass your order to them, monitor fulfilment, and measure quality. But the service itself — the medical consultation, the legal advice, the flower arrangement, the grocery run — is performed by an independent provider, not by Risheh.

This means:

Risheh is not a physician, hospital, law firm, or retailer, and does not hold itself out as one. Professional responsibility for the content of medical or legal advice rests with the individual professional, under the regulations of the jurisdiction in which they are licensed. Risheh is responsible for selecting providers carefully, coordinating your order correctly, and following it through to delivery, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Risheh supports two modes of use, and the conditions differ slightly:

1. Ordering for yourself. The majority of Risheh's services — particularly online medical and legal consultations — are services you receive directly, with no need for anyone else to be involved. In this case you are both the User and the Recipient, and every right and obligation in this document applies directly to you.

2. Ordering for someone else. Here you place and pay for the order, but the service is delivered to another person — typically a member of your family. Additional conditions apply, set out in the next clause.

When placing an order, you indicate in the application whether you are the Recipient or someone else is.

If you place an order for another person and enter their details — name, phone number, address, and in health services, medical information — you confirm that:

you have the necessary permission to share this information with Risheh and the provider; the Recipient is aware of your order and agrees to it; for medical services, the Recipient has consented to the consultation and to the recording of their health information.

If the Recipient declines the service or states that they did not consent, the order is stopped. The financial details of this situation are set out in the Refund Policy.

To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. The information you provide at registration must be accurate and current. Incorrect information means a service that never reaches its destination. Each account belongs to one person. You are responsible for keeping your password and verification codes secure. If you believe someone has accessed your account, notify support immediately. Risheh may restrict or suspend an account in cases of misuse, abuse, or falsified information.

Submitting an order constitutes a request, not a binding contract. The contract is formed when Risheh confirms the order. Risheh may decline an order — for example, where no professional or provider is available, the requested item is out of stock, or the order conflicts with local law, international regulations, or these Terms. Stated delivery or appointment times are estimates. Traffic, public holidays, weather, internet outages, and Recipient availability may affect them. In shopping services, an exact item may be unavailable. In that case Risheh will consult you, or source the closest alternative with your approval.

The price of each order is displayed transparently before payment and includes the cost of the goods or service, the Risheh fee, and delivery charges where applicable. Payment is made before fulfilment. An order is not passed to a provider until it is paid in full. Risheh offers a wallet top-up facility. Wallet balance is credit toward Risheh services; it carries no independent monetary value, interest, or return. For orders where the final amount cannot be fixed in advance (such as grocery shopping billed against a store receipt), an estimated amount is charged and the difference is credited to your wallet or collected from you after fulfilment. Currency conversion rates, bank fees, and local taxes may be added. These are displayed before payment.

Risheh is a services platform. What you pay is the price of goods or a service that you receive or that is performed for a Recipient.

Under no circumstances does Risheh hand cash to a Recipient, deposit funds into their personal account, or provide currency exchange, remittance, or money transfer services. Any request of this nature will be refused and may result in account suspension.

We state this clause plainly, because a significant portion of our users are Persian speakers and we want to leave no room for ambiguity or misunderstanding.

Risheh is a fully legitimate international company. Thirdline Innovation Studio is registered in the Republic of Mauritius and is obliged to comply with all international laws and regulations applicable to its operations — including sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States, and the United Kingdom, as well as anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing regulations.

In practice this means:

Risheh does not provide services to individuals, companies, or entities appearing on international sanctions lists. No order that would constitute sanctions evasion, unauthorised currency transfer, or the supply of restricted goods or services will be accepted. Risheh may request documentation to verify a user's identity or clarify the nature of an order. This is not a sign of distrust — it is a requirement every legitimate international platform must meet. If Risheh identifies a matter that breaches these regulations, it will halt the order, suspend the account, and where legally required, report the matter to the competent authorities.

And, just as importantly, what this clause does not mean:

The everyday services Risheh provides — medical consultations, legal advice, sending gifts, buying groceries for family — are personal and humanitarian in nature and are permitted under international law. This clause is not written to block your ordinary, honest use of Risheh; it is written so that the platform you have trusted remains stable and lawful.

If you are unsure about a specific order, ask us before placing it. We would much rather give you a clear answer than stop an order halfway.

Health services have a particular nature, and particular conditions:

An online consultation is not a substitute for an in-person visit, physical examination, or emergency care. In an emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, bleeding, loss of consciousness, thoughts of self-harm, or similar — contact local emergency services immediately, not Risheh. A clinical relationship is formed between the physician and the patient. Risheh does not intervene in that relationship and plays no part in diagnosis or prescription. Prescribing, issuing prescriptions, and referrals are governed by the medical regulations of the jurisdiction in which the physician is licensed. Some medications cannot be prescribed remotely. Risheh verifies the professional credentials of participating physicians at onboarding, but responsibility for the content of diagnosis and treatment rests with the physician.

Legal advice is provided by independent, licensed lawyers and advisors. Risheh is not a law firm and does not act as anyone's legal representative. Advice is based on the information provided during that session and is not a substitute for full review of a matter. Any lawyer–client relationship that may form is between you and that advisor, and is governed by a separate agreement between you. Confidentiality of legal discussions rests with the advisor under their professional rules. Risheh does not access the content of consultations except to the extent necessary to handle a complaint, and with your knowledge.

When using Risheh, you undertake to:

use the Platform for lawful purposes only; not enter false or falsified information and not use another person's identity; not order goods or services prohibited in the origin or destination country — including prescription-only medicines without a prescription, alcohol where prohibited, weapons, narcotics, and sanctioned items; treat providers and support staff with respect; not solicit providers to transact outside the Platform; not compromise the security of the Platform or use automated tools to extract data.

Breach of these obligations may result in cancellation of an order without refund and permanent account suspension.

We are committed to quality, and we want to hear when something goes wrong.

If a service was not delivered as ordered, email support@risheh.net within 48 hours of delivery or of the appointment, quoting your order number. To speed up review, send photographs or relevant documentation along with your report. Risheh will investigate and respond within a maximum of 7 business days. Remedies may include re-performing the order, compensatory credit, or a refund under the Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law:

Risheh's liability for any order is capped at the amount paid for that order. Risheh is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including loss of profit, emotional distress, or lost opportunity. Risheh is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread internet or power outages, strikes, war, sanctions, government action, and unforeseen closures.

The Risheh name, logo, application design, text, images, and platform code belong to Thirdline Innovation Studio. Commercial use, copying, or reproduction without written permission is not permitted. Ordinary personal use of the application, under these Terms, is permitted.

Risheh may develop, modify, or discontinue services and update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the application or by email before they take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new version. The date of the most recent update always appears at the top of this page.

You may close your account at any time. Orders in progress will run to conclusion, and wallet balance is settled under the Refund Policy. Risheh may close an account for breach of these Terms, with prior notice — and in serious cases, without it.
